TECNADOS

No calls. No meetings. Everything in writing.

In one paragraph

What is TECNADOS?

A Brazilian software company that builds websites, online stores and custom systems for clients worldwide. Websites start at $149 per month with no setup fee; custom systems start at $2,000. One engineer does the scoping, the building and the support — and every decision is written down.

Most agencies sell you a call. This one does not. Every conversation before the contract happens in writing, and everything after it lives in a shared channel you can search. That is not a limitation dressed up as a feature — it is the reason the work gets delivered on time across a 7-hour time difference.

What you get

The developer, not a salespersonThe person who answers your first message is the person who writes the code and the person who fixes it at 7 AM on a Monday. No handoff, no briefing lost in translation.
A written record of everythingScope, price, deadline and what is explicitly out of scope — all in the proposal, before anything starts. No "we discussed that on the call".
Your domain, your code, your accountsRegistered in your company’s name from day one. Nothing is held as leverage, so leaving costs you nothing but the notice period.
One business day to first replyMonday to Friday, 6 AM to 4 PM Eastern. Brazil overlaps 7–8 hours with the U.S. East Coast, which is more than most nearshore options.

What it costs

Websites are a monthly subscription — no setup fee, no lock-in contract: $149, $249 or $449 per month depending on what the site has to do. Online stores start at $449 per month plus a one-time $499 build. Custom systems are quoted per project, starting at $2,000. The full pricing page opens every number.

Who this is not for

If you need someone on a daily standup, this is the wrong fit — there are no calls. If you need a team of five starting next week, this is one person and the honest answer is no. If you want the cheapest possible website, the $39/month platforms will beat this on price and you should use them.

Saying this costs work, and it is still the right thing to put on the page.

Frequently asked

Who actually does the work?

One person: Gledson Ximenes, founder and the engineer who writes the code. There is no account manager, no sales layer and no offshore team behind the scenes. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it and the person who answers when something breaks.

Why no calls or meetings?

Because written communication is better for both sides. You get a permanent, searchable record of every decision instead of someone’s memory of a call. There is no time-zone negotiation, no scheduling, and no accent to decode in real time.

What time zone do you work in?

Brazil, which overlaps 7 to 8 hours with the U.S. East Coast. Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM during U.S. daylight saving — Brazil does not observe DST). First reply within one business day.

Do I own the code and the domain?

Yes, from day one. The domain is registered in your company’s name, hosting and third-party accounts are opened under your credentials, and nothing is held as leverage.

Do you work with companies outside Brazil?

Yes. Prices here are in U.S. dollars and apply to companies outside Brazil. Brazilian companies are billed in reais on the Portuguese version — a legal requirement in Brazil, not a commercial choice.
