What the proposal contains

The reply is a document, not a call. It states the scope, the price, the timeline and an explicit list of what is not included. For a website, the published prices are $149, $249 and $449 per month, with no setup fee; the first invoice is issued after the site is live. Stores start at $449 per month plus a one-time $499 build. Custom systems are quoted per project, from $2,000. The pricing page has the plan-by-plan table.

Paid advertising budgets, stock photography licences, third-party subscriptions and structural redesigns are outside the monthly plans. Content changes — text, images and prices — are unlimited inside the structure you contracted. The domain is registered in your company’s name from day one, and hosting accounts are opened under your credentials.

Working hours and time zone

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM during U.S. daylight saving — Brazil does not observe DST). That is a 7 to 8 hour overlap with the U.S. East Coast, which is wider than most nearshore arrangements. Brazilian public holidays differ from U.S. ones; the ones that surprise people are Carnival (February or March) and Corpus Christi (June).
